We were proud to support the KAEA Fall Conference 2025 as a sponsor, where CANARY cardboard cutter tools were provided for use in a hands-on session with art educators. As creative, material-based learning continues to grow, the event highlighted how the right cardboard cutter can enhance both safety and creativity in the classroom.

During the session, teachers gathered to create expressive masks using corrugated cardboard, exploring practical ways to incorporate safe cutting tools into their art programs. Using CANARY cardboard cutter tools, participants were able to shape and cut materials with precision, making them ideal for classroom crafts and cardboard-based creative projects.

The cardboard cutter handled materials smoothly, allowing educators to create detailed designs, including curves and intricate shapes. This level of control is especially important in classroom settings, where both safety and accuracy are essential. Many participants noted how easy the tools were to use, even for more complex cuts.

Educators consistently highlighted the control, safety, and reliability of CANARY cardboard cutter tools, recognizing them as dependable options for students of various age levels. The balance between performance and safety made a strong impression throughout the session.

Participants not only enjoyed the creative process but also appreciated how easily the cardboard cutter could be integrated into teaching. Many expressed strong interest in bringing similar hands-on activities into their own classrooms.

As demand continues to grow for safe and effective tools in art education, CANARY remains committed to supporting hands-on learning across the U.S. We’re delighted to see CANARY cardboard cutter tools being used in practical, education-focused environments like the KAEA Conference.
