Sales Policy
Minimum Order:
- Initial minimum order is $100 per ship date and per location.
- Minimum order per item as listed.
Ordering:
- At this time, Actus does not accept any orders from companies who intend to sell on any online third party platforms, such as Amazon or eBay. We do accept customers who plan to sell via brick and mortar or their own online store.
- Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.
Terms:
- All prices are FOB US.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express and Discover.
- We will be able to take a Net 30 if you are on the list below:

*Actus works with a factoring company for any net terms. Upon an approval by the company, we will process your order.
- For any orders with NET 30 payment, please email us (agent@actus-usa.com) to place your order.
Shipping:
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- All the orders will be shipped from California.
Refund:
- No order may be canceled without our permission.
Shortages &Damages:
- Customer is responsible for inspecting and counting the merchandise at the time of delivery.
- Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing items must be reported to Actus representative with 5 business days of receipt of goods.
