Minimum Order Requirement

This website is intended for bulk purchases. A minimum order total of $130 USD is required to place an order and proceed to checkout. Orders that do not meet the minimum will not be processed.

If you would like to start with a smaller order, please shop with us on Amazon.

Wholesale account access may require approval. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or deactivate wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Ordering

At this time, Artis does not accept orders from companies intending to resell our products on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon or eBay.
We do welcome wholesale customers who plan to sell through brick-and-mortar retail stores or their own online store.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Product Availability

Product availability may change at any time. In the event an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we may contact you with available options, such as a substitution, backorder, partial shipment, or cancellation with a refund for the unavailable item(s).

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders placed due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or incomplete shipping information.

Orders may only be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
