Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from our warehouse in the United States (California). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Damages, Lost Packages and Carrier Claims
CANARY is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
